T. Webber awarded Nexstar Select Service

T. Webber Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning has recently been awarded 2008 Nexstar Select Service certification. This program identifies a select few plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical service providers across North America as standouts among their peers for superior customer service, workmanship and operations.

Each year, Nexstar, an international association of service contractors, conducts a series of independent surveys measuring customer satisfaction, financial stability and employee enthusiasm with their jobs and employer. Their surveys extensively reach actual customers and employees to obtain a realistic picture of a service provider's performance.

To even be considered for certification, service providers must score in the upper half of all three categories of which more than 300 independent businesses participate. In addition, Nexstar Select Service certification requires these independent companies to subscribe to a strict code of ethics, and a customer-oriented operations model.

Intended to improve the reputation and level of customer service provided by all contractors of these trades, Nexstar Select Service companies set the standard for customer-centric service.
